SECTION 5 — CUSTOM ORDERS AND DEPOSITS

Custom woodworking, milling, epoxy projects, furniture, and specialty orders may require a deposit before work begins.

Deposits are generally non-refundable once production has started unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.

Lead times are estimates only and may change due to material availability, production schedules, weather, or shipping delays.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING, PICKUP, AND DELIVERY

Orders may be shipped, delivered locally, or picked up at our facility.

Oversized slabs and lumber may require freight shipping.

Additional freight charges may apply.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once products are delivered to the shipping carrier.

Delivery scheduling may occur by phone call, email, or SMS text message.
