Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. SECTION 3 — PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Our products include natural hardwood lumber, live-edge slabs, and related woodworking goods and services. Because wood is a natural material, variations in color, grain, figure, moisture content, dimensions, and weight are inherent and expected; product images are representative, and the item you receive may vary. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your display will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for typographic errors regarding price or availability and reserve the right to correct any such errors and to cancel or refuse orders affected by them.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processors, and you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

SECTION 5 — CUSTOM ORDERS AND DEPOSITS

Custom woodworking and milling projects may require a deposit and are made to your specifications. Because these items are custom-made, they are generally non-refundable once production has begun, except as required by law or as otherwise agreed in writing. Lead times for custom work are estimates and may vary based on material availability and shop schedule.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING, PICKUP, AND DELIVERY

We offer shipping, local delivery, and in-store pickup as available at checkout. Freight and oversized items (including heavy slabs) may require special shipping arrangements and additional charges, which will be communicated to you before shipment. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery and pickup scheduling may be coordinated by phone, email, or text message.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
